READY. SET. HIT.

The drummer drives the band. Rock Out Drum Lessons build timing, coordination, control and technique behind the kit.

Learn beats, fills, rudiments and drum notation, building independence and confidence as you play.

Follow the LCME Drum Kit pathway, usually starting with Step 2, then Grade 1 and beyond.

Put it into action with rock and pop songs, then take your place behind the kit and make some noise

London college of music (LCME) DRUM KIT GRADES

BUILD THE SKILLS. EARN THE GRADE.

Work towards recognised LCME Drum Kit qualifications, combining structured progression with practical playing behind the kit.

Students typically start with LCME Drum Kit Step 2, developing timing, coordination, technique, rudiments and reading skills before moving on to Grade 1 and beyond.

The graded pathway gives students a clear goal while building control and musicianship. Rock and pop songs bring those skills to life, connecting grade work with the music they actually want to play.

BUILD THE BEAT. EARN THE GRADE. DRIVE THE BAND.

THE CREW FOLLOWS THE BEAT

Every beat, fill and rhythm has a part to play.
Build the control, understand the music and bring it all together behind the kit.

HIT IT. MAKE IT MATTER.

Drumming is about more than learning beats. It’s about timing, energy, control and becoming the player that holds everything together.

LCME Drum Kit grades give students a structured path to develop those skills, but the real goal is putting them to work in music.

Rock Out Drum Lessons take beats, fills, rudiments and technique beyond the exercises and into complete songs. Students learn to listen, react, keep time and understand how their playing connects with the rest of the band.

From driving rock beats to modern pop rhythms, every song brings a new challenge and another reason to get behind the kit.

TWO STICKS. ONE KIT. MAKE SOME NOISE.
